The Contractor Fan Deck - Color You Can Carry with You

E-mail to a Friend Add To Favorites Print

Simple and quick. That's what both you and your customers need when it comes to color selection for interiors and exteriors.

To help you, we’ve created The Contractor Fan Deck.

Each fan deck strip includes 3 coordinating colors. They can be used together as a base, trim, and accent color grouping. The colors in each grouping are interchangeable. (For example, the base color can be used for trim, the trim for accent, etc.). This makes the process of choosing several colors for an interior room or a home’s exterior easier than ever.

The Contractor Fan Deck includes over 200 of our most popular colors. This fan deck was designed to be used alone or as a starting point along with other Benjamin Moore color cards and fan decks.

The convenient deck is double-sided. One side displays interior colors and the other side exterior colors, giving you less to carry and more to work with on the job site. Contact your local field representative to obtain The Contractor Fan Deck.

How to Use the Interior Color Combinations

Each fan deck strip shows a base (top, largest chip) trim (middle chip), and accent (bottom, smallest chip) color. Use the base color as the main color for the room, use the trim color on window and baseboard moldings, and use the accent color to highlight a room feature or on a single wall as a decorative application.

Since these colors coordinate, you can select any one of the three as your base, trim or accent color.

How to Use the Exterior Color Combinations

As with the interior color combinations, each fan deck strip shows a base (top, largest chip), trim (middle chip), and accent (bottom, smallest chip) color. Use the base color as the main color for the house. Use the trim color for trim around windows, doors and along the roof line. Use the accent color on doors and shutters.

Since these colors coordinate, you can select any one of the three as your base, trim or accent color.
