• A paint contractor with a minimum of 5 years of full time experience in the residential painting business
• Exemplary painting skills and attention to detail 
• An owner/operator or owner with a small crew or staff
• A proven track record of satisfied customers/references
•  Professional paint contractors with good credit history

For Colour Consultants

• At  least 2 years of full time experience providing colour advice to the residential and commercial marketplace, with accreditation from a recognized association
• A  professional portfolio of work and references from satisfied clients
• The ability to travel to colour consultations at the client’s convenience

• Excellent work habits, neat appearance, ethical behaviour
• Appropriate liability insurance coverage for both the professional paint contractor and colour consultant
• A progressive thinker, always willing to learn and participate in training
