Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your order from the Benjamin Moore Online Store, please call 1-855-724-6802 (855-Paint-02).
Sales of custom tinted paint are final and not eligible for return or exchange.
Sales of unopened products with original manufacturer's packaging in good condition, and paint and primer with can clips attached may be returned within 90 days of the order date.
Online Purchase with Local Store Pickup
Customers who purchased online and picked up their products in a local store may return any eligible products to the store where they were obtained. Please bring a copy of your invoice and the credit card used for purchase along with the product(s) to be returned.
Online Purchase Shipped Direct
If you had your products shipped direct, you must first call customer service at 1-855-724-6802 (855-Paint-02) and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code. A 15% restocking fee will be applied and customers are responsible for return shipping.
