The prestigious J.D. Power 2013 Interior Paint Satisfaction StudySM measures customer satisfaction among more than 8,000 purchasers and users of interior paint within the previous 12 months.
The study looked at six key areas: application, product offerings (variety of colors and finishes), durability, price, design guides, and warranty/guarantee.
