Please review these policies carefully as they are the terms of sale that govern your purchases at the Benjamin Moore Online Store. Your placement of an order on our site constitutes your agreement with these policies.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
Custom-tinted paints are not eligible for return or exchange. Ready-tinted paints and primers with can clips attached, as well as other unopened products with original manufacturer's packaging in good condition, may be returned within 90 days of the order date.

Online Purchase with Local Store Pickup
Customers who purchased products from our Online Store and picked up their order from a local Benjamin Moore retailer may return any eligible products to the retailer. Please bring a copy of your invoice. If you used a credit card for your purchase, please bring the card to the store.

Online Purchase Shipped Direct
If you had your products shipped directly to you, you must first call our customer service number, 1-855-724-6802 (855-Paint-02), and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code. A 15% restocking fee will be applied and customers are responsible for return shipping.
