Please review these policies carefully as they are the terms that govern Returns and Shipping for the Benjamin Moore Online Store. Your placement of an order on our site constitutes your agreement with these policies.




Returns Policy

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
Tinted interior and exterior paints, stains and primers, as well as all paint color samples, color swatches, Peel & Stick color samples and exterior stain samples are not eligible for return or exchange. Please note that on-screen and printer color representations may vary from actual paint colors, and we cannot honor returns or exchanges for digitally misinterpreted colors.

For issues regarding incorrect color matching, damaged/weather-affected paint, or other variables follow the below:

If there is an issue with an order fulfilled by an independent Benjamin Moore retailer, please contact the retailer directly for information on returns.

If there is an issue with orders shipped and fulfilled by Benjamin Moore or a third party vendor, please contact us 1-855-724-6802 (855-Paint-02) so that we can assist you.

Please note that all Samplize Peel & Stick samples and tinted paint orders are final and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged for a new color, unless your item was lost in transit or arrived damaged and/or incorrect. Unused, non-tinted paint, stain or primer or unopened merchandise that was picked up at the store location can be returned to the same location the merchandise was purchased.

The Benjamin Moore Color Match Tool can be returned for a full refund within 30 days from date of purchase. For product returns/inquiries regarding the Benjamin Moore Color Match Tool please contact Datacolor Customer Support.

Customer Service

If you have a question regarding a return or refund or are not satisfied with your order from the Benjamin Moore Online Store, please email onlinestoresupport@benjaminmoore.com or call 1-855-724-6802 (855-Paint-02). Inquiries must be made within 90 days of your original purchase date; no refunds will be issued after 90 days from purchase date. Most refunds are processed within three business days from the refund request date. For issues with orders shipped to you, please contact us directly to notify us of any concerns as the carrier may not advise us of any orders refused or accepted in damaged condition.

 

 

Shipping Policy

Our Online Store will ship color samples and other color tools, such as fan decks, directly to your home. Gallons and quarts of interior paint can be purchased online and picked up at your local Benjamin Moore retailer in as little as three hours.

We currently ship within the continental United States. Although we have retail locations in Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada, we do not ship to these locations at this time. Please use our Retailer Locator to find a store near you.

To guarantee delivery, we must have complete addresses. Sorry—we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses.

Shipping fees are displayed at the end of the checkout process.

Peel & Stick sample orders are shipped from Olive Branch, MS by our vendor, Samplize.

All other orders fulfilled by Benjamin Moore & Co. are processed and boxed for shipment Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders that we receive prior to 3:00PM ET typically leave our New Jersey warehouse within 24-48 Hours. These orders typically ship UPS ground. When your order is shipped, a confirmation email containing the United Postal Service (UPS) tracking number will be sent to you. This tracking information provides an estimated delivery date. All orders ship from the United States.


Delivery Information

UPS Ground orders take between 1 to 5 business days to arrive from the ship date and are delivered Monday through Friday. UPS 2nd Day Air orders arrive within 2 business days from the ship date and are delivered Monday through Friday. This does not include the warehouse handle time.

It is at the sole discretion of the UPS driver whether he/she can leave a package at your door. If the shipping location is deemed a "safe" area, then the UPS driver will leave the package. However, if the driver has had past incidents of missing or stolen packages, he/she will most likely not leave the package. If you regularly have packages left at your door by UPS, this package should be no exception.

Please note that extreme weather conditions may cause paint to spoil. Because our paint is eco-friendly, it is more susceptible to freezing than other paints. Please plan accordingly when awaiting your shipment.
