How do I view your paint colors online?

View our thousands of beautiful colors by visiting our Color Gallery. You can also choose colors and paint a room online with Personal Color Viewer® v2.0, our paint color visualization program.


How is your web site best viewed?

Benjaminmoore.com is best viewed by Internet Explorer 8.x or higher, Mozilla Firefox® 10.x or higher, Safari 5.1 or higher, Chrome 18 or higher, or equivalent browser software. If your browser is older, you may have trouble viewing many of our web site features properly. You can determine the version of your browser by choosing "Help" at the top of your browser window, then select "About" (your browser).

If you experience problems viewing benjaminmoore.com web site with Internet Explorer 8 or 9 you may need to turn off Compatibility View.

To turn off Compatibility View:

  1. Open Internet Explorer and navigate to benjaminmoore.com website.
  2. Open Tools menu from Menu Bar (if Menu Bar not visible press ALT).
  3. From Tools menu de-select Compatibility View (a check mark indicates compatibility view has been set).

This web site is best viewed at a screen resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels or higher. With most computers using Windows operating systems, you can easily change your screen resolution. Right click on the Desktop. When the "Display Properties" box appears, choose "Settings." Your screen resolution settings are located here. Change the setting and click "OK." Check your computer's user manual if these directions do not apply to your computer.

The benjaminmoore.com web site is very graphic intense and has a large amount of built-in multimedia. You will need the most recent version of Adobe Flash Player and Adobe Acrobat Reader in order to view the web site.

What is your customer service number?

Call 1-855-724-6802 (855-Paint-02) to speak to a customer service representative. Hours of operation are: Monday-Friday: 7am-7pm EST, Saturday: 9am-5pm EST.


How do I register for your website?

Move your mouse over "Register Now" at the top right of the navigation (menu) bar. This bar is available on every page of the site. You will be taken to a page that contains our Registration Form.


What do I get when I register on your site?

Once you've registered, you'll be able to save articles, photos, favorite color combinations, paint calculations, and more in your My Favorites folder. You can even make a list of supplies and print it out to take to your local Benjamin Moore retailer.


I am automatically logged into "My Favorites" when I come to the web site. How do I turn this feature off?

If you do not want to have automatic log in enabled for "My Favorites":

  1. Click on the "Log Out" link near the top right corner of the screen.
  2. Click on the "Login" link located near the top right corner.
  3. Once the "Log In" page appears, uncheck the "Log me in automatically when I return" feature before logging in again.


Colors on my computer screen do not appear the same when I print them. Why?

On-screen and printer color representations may vary from actual paint colors due to differences in monitor calibrations and printer variations.


Where can I buy a Color Sample?

Pint Color Samples are available on the Benjamin Moore Online Store. You may also be able to purchase samples from your local Benjamin Moore retailer.

Benmoorelink.com, our online referral program, can point you to a qualified professional in your area. Lauderdale and Miami / Dade area, and will be expanding.

How do I order paint color chips or swatches?

Design professionals may order free color chips or sheets from our Order Color Sheets site.


Can I order color chips or sheets without knowing the color numbers?

Our Order Color Sheets form features a search box that will appear after you log in. You can search by color name or number.


Do I have to re-register to order Color Sheets if I registered in the past?

No. If you have registered in the past, simply sign on using your original ID and password that you have previously used to order Color Sheets.


Why is the registration process for ordering Color Sheets different from the My Favorites tool?

The Order Color Sheets site is separate from benjaminmoore.com.

What is your customer service number for the online store?

Can I buy paint online?

Yes. You can purchase paint from our Online Store and pick up your order at one of our nationwide stores, usually within 3 hours. Simply choose your local participating Benjamin Moore retailer for in-store pickup upon checking out. We will even email you once the order is ready to be picked up.

Some items, such as color samples, fan decks, decorating books, tools, and other items are also available for direct shipment to your home.

For paints and colors not available on our site, please visit one of our retail locations near you.


Why doesn't my benjaminmoore.com login work to access your Online Store?

Our official Online Store is on a separate site. At this time, you will need to maintain a separate login to access our online store.

Shipping Policies

Where do you ship to for purchases made on your online store?

We currently ship within the continental United States. Although we have retail locations in Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada, we do not ship to these locations at this time. If you live outside the Continental U.S., please use our retailer locator to find a store near you.

To guarantee delivery, we must have complete addresses. Sorry, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses.


How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping is based upon weight and is displayed at the end of the checkout process.


When will my order ship? When will I receive my order?

All orders are processed and boxed for shipment Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders typically leave our New Jersey warehouse within one business day from the day we receive your order. When your order is shipped, a confirmation email containing the United Parcel Service (UPS) tracking number will be sent to you. This tracking information provides an estimated delivery date.

UPS Ground orders take between 1 to 5 business days to arrive from the ship date and are delivered Monday through Friday.

UPS 2nd Day Air orders arrive within 2 business days from the ship date and are delivered Monday through Friday.


Will UPS leave the package if I am not home?

It is up to the sole discretion of the UPS driver whether he/she can leave a package at your door. If the shipping location is deemed a "safe" area, then the UPS driver will leave the package. However, if the driver has had past incidents of missing or stolen packages, he/she will most likely not leave the package. If you regularly have packages left at your door by UPS, this package should be no exception.

Please note that extreme weather conditions may cause paint to spoil. Because our paint is eco-friendly, it is more susceptible to freezing than other paints. We use special winter packaging to ensure your paint arrives unfrozen and in excellent condition. However, if you anticipate not being home within 8 hours of the package being delivered in months during which freezing may occur, we strongly recommend sending your package to a business address to protect your paint from extreme temperatures.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your returns policy?

Please view our Returns Policy carefully, as it states the terms of sale that govern your purchases on our Online Store.

If you are not satisfied with your order from the Benjamin Moore Online Store, please call 1-855-724-6802 (855-Paint-02) for a Return Material Authorization (RMA).

Sales of unopened sundries and non-tinted paint and primer with can clips attached may be returned within 90 days of the order date. Customers must first call customer service at 1-855-724-6802 (855-Paint-02) and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code. A 15% restocking fee will be applied, and customers are responsible for the costs of return shipping.


Can I return my paint if it is not the color I am expecting?

All custom-tinted paint orders are final and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged for a new color. We highly recommend sampling the color you are considering for purchase before ordering a larger quantity of product, as the colors you see on benjaminmoore.com may not match the color of your paint due to the way monitors display color.
