Measure and Choose your Notable Kit

Notable Dry Erase 9.3 sq. m. (100 square foot) kits
Notable Dry Erase is available in 4.6, 9.3 or 18.6 square meter sizes (50, 100 or 200 square feet). It’s a comprehensive, 2-component system complete with roller cover and detailed instructions. Do not stretch the paint. Each kit provides the recommended coverage for your customers’ new dry erase walls and is formulated to deliver the best results.

Prep Your Space

If needed, repair cracks and holes then spackle and sand as usual. Frame your area with painters tape leaving a 10.2 cm (4-inch) border at the bottom to collect drips. Make sure the tape seals smoothly without wrinkles.

Prime if Needed

(If using CLEAR over a painted wall, skip this step.) Notable works best when the surface is smooth to the touch. When using Notable over a darker colour, we recommend Benjamin Moore® Fresh Start® High-Hiding All Purpose Primer. The primer coat will need to dry for 24 hours.

Mix the Two Components

Pour the product labeled Part B into Part A and hand stir for 2 minutes—do not drill or shake. There is no induction time. Notable can be applied immediately after mixing and has a 4-hour pot life. Do not use a plastic tray liner.

Apply the Paint

Before application, make sure the surface area is clean and dry. Using proper ventilation, brush or roll 4.6 square metre (50 square feet) at a time with up and down strokes. Notable can be applied by brush to cut in the edges. For rolling, use the roller cover in your kit and take care not to overload it. Apply a second coat after 10 minutes on wet film.

Remove the tape at a 45-degree angle. Let your customers know that while their wall will be dry to the touch in 4 hours, it won’t be fully cured for 7 days.

Any standard dry erase markers will work (we recommend Expo® Markers). Let customers know that, for best results, they should not leave dry erase marker on their dry erase surface for more than 30 days.
