Please review these policies carefully as they are the terms that govern Returns and Shipping for the Benjamin Moore Online Store. Your placement of an order on our site constitutes your agreement with these policies.




Returns Policy

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
Tinted interior and exterior paints, stains and primers, as well as all paint colour samples, colour swatches, and exterior stain samples are not eligible for return or exchange. Please note that on-screen and printer colour representations may vary from actual paint colours, and we cannot honour returns or exchanges for digitally misinterpreted colours.

For issues regarding incorrect colour matching, damaged/weather-affected paint, or other variables, follow the instructions below:

If there is an issue with an order fulfilled by an independent Benjamin Moore retailer, please contact the retailer directly for information on returns.

If there is an issue with orders shipped and fulfilled directly by Benjamin Moore or a third party vendor, please contact us 1-855-724-6802 (855-Paint-02) so that we can assist you.

Please note that all Samplize Peel & Stick samples and tinted paint orders are final and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged for a new colour, unless your item was lost in transit or arrived damaged and/or incorrect. Unused, non-tinted paint, stain or primer or unopened merchandise that was picked up at the store location can be returned to the same location the merchandise was purchased.

Customer Service

If you have a question regarding a return or refund or are not satisfied with your order from the Benjamin Moore Online Store, please email onlinestoresupport@benjaminmoore.com or call 1-855-724-6802 (855-Paint-02). Inquiries must be made within 90 days of your original purchase date; no refunds will be issued after 90 days from purchase date. Most refunds are processed within three business days from the refund request date. For issues with orders shipped to you, please contact us directly to notify us of any concerns as the carrier may not advise us of any orders refused or accepted in damaged condition.

 

 

Shipping Policy

Our Online Store will ship colour samples and other colour tools, such as fan decks, directly to your home. 3.79 L cans and 946 ml cans of interior paint can be purchased online and picked up at your local Benjamin Moore retailer in as little as three hours.

We currently ship within Canada. Please use our Retailer Locator to find a store near you.

To guarantee delivery, we must have complete addresses. Sorry—we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses.

Shipping fees are displayed at the end of the checkout process.

Peel & Stick sample orders are shipped from Olive Branch, MS by our vendor, Samplize

Orders fulfilled by Benjamin Moore & Co., Limited are processed and boxed for shipment Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders that we receive prior to 3:00 p.m. ET typically leave our Vaughan, Ontario warehouse within 24-72 Hours. These orders typically ship UPS ground. When your order is shipped, a confirmation email containing the United Postal Service (UPS) tracking number will be sent to you. This tracking information provides an estimated delivery date.
