1. Prior to priming, be sure all surfaces are clean, dry, sound, and free of all dirt, grease, oils, waxes, mildew and any other surface contaminants.
2. Apply Insl-X Stix using a brush, roller, pad applicator, or airless spray. Use a high-quality nylon brush or a 6.4 mm or 12.7 mm (¼” – ½”) synthetic nap roller cover.
3. Let the Insl-X Stix bonding primer dry completely before applying your top coat.
